At 4:18 PM today, Mary Thelma Crouch, my precious grannie, went home. Sadness overwhelms me, but there is such joy in my heart that she is finally done with this life.
My Aunt Sarah was with her. Emily and I got there just as she took her final breath. The next few hours were full of stories, singing of her very favorite hymns by daughters, granddaughters, great-granddaughters, and tears. No tears for her though...she is where she has been heading for 95 years.
