We're more than half-way through January and I can't believe it. 2007 has already been eventful for our family. I thank all of you for your precious prayers and constant faith during Roy's surgery this past Friday. The surgery went well, and he is on the mend. The defribillator is much larger than we had anticipated...he enjoys showing off his new "pec", though he is a little lopsided right now! We are hopeful for an improved quality of life and more time to enjoy our kids and grandkids...by the way, in case you haven't heard...there's another little Pinson on the way! About the size of a gummy bear right now, he or she will be born in late July or early August. We are prayerful that Christine will feel better with this pregnancy and that she will be able to enjoy the anticipation of a new little one. Jack is busy! I called the other night to just say hi and when they asked if he wanted to say hi to Mimi, he said "no...I'm watching Deal or No Deal!" Oh well...
I am excited about all that this New Year will bring...I am praying that God will continue to bless us in our walk and that we will grow in Him. We hope that this year will bring much good to you and your family!
Be blessed...

it is always nice to look forward to a new year with hope for what it will bring...and i do hope that this year is full of blessings for our family...
but it is also good for us to look back at how richly God has blessed us in the past and how He has never left our sides one step of the way
i am thankful for parents who have taught me to trust in an unchanging God, even when nothing around me seems certain...what a blessing and responsibility to pass that on to Jack and to little gummy bear!
I have been checking in on your blog several times a day to see how Roy is doing. I am so glad things are getting better. I hope this is the last of the hospital trips for your family...except the trip to see the new little Pinson! :) I will continue to pray for you guys.
I'm so glad to hear your good news about Roy!!! We are also SOOOO excited about the new little Pinson! In my opinion, there can't be too many little Matts and Christines running around, especially if they're as precious as Jack! I've been looking for you guys to introduce Kailey. Maybe we'll see you at church soon.
So thankful Roy is doing well.
Know that your family is always close to our hearts- you all continue to be a channel of the Lord's sweeetest love to our family!
We are crazy about the Tyndall's/Pinsons!
Love you!
