I am a pushover for romance. I love weddings, new babies, and beautiful flowers. For almost 10 years, I worked for a florist in Dallas and loved every minute of it. Since that time, I have been blessed to help friends and friends of my girls have beautiful flowers for their big day!
Well, today, I have spent my day doing just that! I got up early, headed to Dallas to pick up flowers and then spent the rest of the day making bouquets, 4 giant arrangements, and with the help of my sweet sister, Marianne, 16 table arrangements...in my house. Lots of boutinieers, corsages, cake flowers, etc. I never get tired of the beauty God blesses us with in flowers. SEVERAL years ago, I had the distinct pleasure of decorating a wagon for little Miss Tori Vaughn to ride in down the aisle at Aunt Becky's wedding. Tonight I was doing the same thing for Avery Van Hoose, who will be a very big part of her mommy and daddy's big day tomorrow.
I have been so blessed by Heather and Diane and have enjoyed helping them with this. I have a unique connection to Heather and so we have had some great visits.
Tomorrow, she'll marry her prince and the princess will come in on her chariot to become a new family!
