Our family has had many pets during the past 25 years! From Christine's cocker spaniel in Iowa to Emily's pet store purchased lab, to Brad's many "I found him in the road" dogs, we are truly what you would call dog lovers! We have had Mollie, our grandma dachshund for almost 9 years, Max (her buddy) for 5 years, and Missy, their offspring, for 4 years. Brad has Abbie, another black lab, who finds her way back every so often, when Brad needs laundry done! But, I don't think I have ever seen a sweeter puppy than tonight at our Fall Fest at church. Fifteen months old and cute as a button, Jack appeared! It's amazing to me that this child can be so cute without really trying and that even as a puppy, he stole my heart!!! I know that grandchildren are a true gift from the Lord...a connection for us grandparents to our own children. My children will probably scold me for comparing Jack (in costume) to our dogs!! But, judge for yourself...snails and shells and puppy dog tails...Have a blessed day!
