Fall is my favorite time of the year...and these are 2 of my favorite blessings! I just love all the colors that the changing season brings, the cool weather that follows unbearable Texas summers, and the opportunities we have to spend extra special time with family and friends. I agree with my mother, who also loves the fall, especially Thanksgiving...by the time we see fall, stores already have Christmas displays out and some of the most beautiful times we have to be together are sometimes hurried and rushed.
Logan celebrated his first birthday in September and Jackson turned five in October! As you can see, South Dakota is already looking like fall - I'm a little jealous! It's hard to believe that it's been a whole year since Logan came into the world. And, it's amazing and miraculous what has happened in his life in that year! Jackson continues to grow and we just feel so blessed by these two little boys!

During this upcoming holiday season, I pray that your family feels the blessings and has extra special time to enjoy them! This has been a year of ups and downs for our entire family. There have been several occasions where we felt more than overwhelmed. This year, I will thanking God in a special way for the way He has remained faithful to us.
