Some of you have wondered...

I refuse to call this "Update on Christine" one more time, but I probably will. As many of you know, she was readmitted to the hospital yesterday (Thursday), dehydrated and in pain. The Zofran pump has certainly been helpful, but she is just so fragile, it happens so quick. It took quite a while to get her comfortable, finally resorting to a pic line. I stayed with her last night, so Matt could get some rest. He had much to do at work today, but will now be able to stay with her through the weekend. Earliest she'll go home...Monday or Tuesday.
Needless to say, this sweet family needs prayers, prayers, prayers. Jack laid on the ottoman last night and said..."Mommy's sick...". Sweet sister and auntie Emily came over with Clay and helped him get all ready for bed last night and then he spent the night with Pappy! Today, after some waffles for breakfast, Pappy took him to his Brenda's and tomorrow morning, Emily McKillip and Maelie will entertain him, while I get some last minute things ready for our new Saturday service. He does well with all the shuffling, but wants to go to "Jack's house". I think we'll go over there for naptime tomorrow. Then, a change of pace when Pawpaw and Giggy get home from Midland and Lubbock and Whitney's basketball games, and he can go over there and chase poor puppy Pokey around the house! Such sweet, sweet friends and sisters who love our daughter so much and are so willing to help...thank you, thank you!

Be blessed today!

We are so worried. God grant this child health and peace. And her mom, too.

I saw her name in the bulletin and wondered what was going on . . thanks for the "update"! I don't know Christine, but I have prayed over her and her family because of your blog and because of Matt and his sweet family. You sure do have lots of precious ones in your family!

What in the world? I can't believe that Tine is still sick. Email me and tell me about it. I talked to Kathy tonight too but I want to hear your version!

Keep the updates coming. I'm praying and know the Lord will bring her through this triumphantly. My heart hurts w/ the news that she is going through more pain---I can't imagine how badly yours is hurting. Praying for all of you.
Love to you all---
