Reflections...

Well, the ball has dropped in New York, people in Australia are well into 2008 already and I have just gotten Sam to sleep and am waiting to celebrate the end of 2007 and welcome, with much anticipation, 2008! Pappy and Jack gave it up a while ago, and so I have some quiet moments before my body remembers that it needs sleep. This year has been a difficult one. But, with difficulty comes blessings and our cup overflows. Roy recently went back to work after seven long months of unemployment and me working 3 jobs. I, too, have been blessed with one full-time job and that starts this week! He and I have talked about how the Lord has used this time to humble us...and we have learned so much from our experience. I pray that you and your precious families are blessed beyond measure during the coming year and that with each blessing will come a defining moment of thankfulness to our Lord. In the coming weeks, I will post LOTS of photos and bring you all up to date on all the happenings in our family...but, for now, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
